Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept your return for a store credit and accept exchanges for any item that does not fit or you are not satisfied with, provided the item(s) meet our Exchange/Return Criteria (refer below).
- Exchange/Return requested to us by email within 14 days of goods receipt.
- Exchanged/Returned within 14 days from date of goods receipt for Australian customers, and within 21 days from date of goods receipt for International customers.
- In original packaging with the original tags still attached to the garment, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, free of makeup & fake tan, and free of odour.
- A restocking fee and/or reshipment fee may apply for any returns that do not meet our return criteria.
- Non-returnable items (i.e. exchanges and store credit not accepted) are sale and discounted items, undergarments, lingerie, intimates, bodysuits and swimwear.
- In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault or incorrect item sent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a fault or mistake is assessed we may offer to replace or repair. If you do not wish for us to replace or repair, you will be issued with a store credit.
- Due to different monitor settings, the color of garments may appear slightly different than they are on our website. By purchasing our products online, you have accepted our terms & conditions including the possibility that the color and size may appear slightly different.
- NOTE: all sale and discounted items are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted unless faulty.
Noodz Boutique reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our exchange/return criteria once assessed. If a returned item is denied, a restocking fee may be charged and/or the goods may be sent back to the customer.
- Returned within 14 business days of receiving your order provided the garment has not been worn, not damaged, and the original tags have not been removed.

- Once the returned item is assessed and that it meets our return criteria, a Store Credit will be issued to you in a form of e-Gift Card which is valid for 1 year. A Store Credit/Gift Card can be used to purchase any items on our website and is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Customers are responsible for the postage to send the returned item(s) to Noodz Boutique. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your items came with free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from the item value to cover the original shipping costs.
- If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it may be subject to a restocking fee, and/or the returned item may be sent back to the customer.
- Once we have received the item, your return request will be processed within 2-5 business days.
- Please note: a reshipment fee will apply to all orders placed using a Store Credit.
- Only one exchange request per order will be accepted provided the garment has not been worn, not damaged, and the original tags have not been removed.
- Exchanged within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- If the returned item for exchanges does not meet our exchange criteria, it may be subject to a restocking fee, and/or the returned item may be sent back to the customer.
- For Australian customers: a prepaid Australia Post satchel must be provided to Noodz Boutique for sending a replacement item. Please post the returned item along with a prepaid Australia Post satchel to:

- Once the returned item is received and that it meets our return criteria, we will post the replacement item to you (subject to stock availability). Alternatively, any local customer who wishes to exchange items in person, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the time.
- For International customers: we will advise reshipment fee for exchanges by email (fees vary for each country).

Note: Replacement items that cost more than the original item returned will be charged the difference in product cost plus any additional postage if there is a weight difference
- Once we have received the returned item, your exchange request will be processed within 2-5 business days.
- If you are unsure about sizing, you may purchase 2 sizes to try both sizes on and return the one that does not fit for a refund (however a store credit will be issued if both sizes are returned).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your ordered item(s) came with a free shipping offer, we would deduct the actual shipping cost incurred from the refund amount.
- The return postage cost is the customer's responsibility.
- Please note: we do not offer a refund or store credit for items that have been damaged from wear and tear and/or have been damaged past 14 days from date of goods receipt.
