Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange for any item that does not fit or you are not satisfied with, provided the item(s) meet our Exchange/Return Criteria (refer below).

Exchange/Return Criteria:

  • Exchanged/Returned within 14 days from date of receiving your item(s) for Australian customers, and within 30 days for International customers.
  • In original packaging with the original tags attached to the garment, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, free of makeup & fake tan, and free of odour.
  • A restocking fee may apply and/or your item(s) may be sent back to you at your own expense for any returns that do not meet our return criteria.
  • In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault or incorrect item sent, please send the photos showing the fault or mistake to us at support@noodzboutique.com.au. Please do not post the item(s) back to us until you have sent us the photos.
  • Due to different monitor settings, the colour of garments may appear slightly different than they are on our website. By purchasing our products online, you have accepted our terms & conditions including the possibility that the colour and size may appear slightly different.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your item(s) came with free shipping we would deduct the actual shipping costs incurred to us from the item value to cover the costs.
  • NOTE: all sale and discounted items are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted unless faulty.

    Noodz Boutique reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return criteria once assessed. If a returned item is denied, a restocking fee may be charged and/or the goods may be sent back to the customer.

    Australian Returns/Exchanges:

    • For an exchange, please supply a reply paid AUSPOST satchel to us for posting the replacement item(s). If this is not supplied, your exchange request may be delayed as we need to manually send you an invoice for reshipping.
    • For a super urgent exchange, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item(s) you want to exchange for, to allow for immediate despatch. Once we've received your return item(s) we will issue a refund. 
    • Please post the completed returns form, your order invoice, and your item(s) to our address as follows:

    US and NZ Returns: 

    • Please complete the returns form, book your return via our returns portal then send the completed returns form and your item(s) back to us.


    International Returns other than US & NZ:

    • Please post the completed returns form, your order invoice, and your item(s) to our address as follows:

    What happens after you've returned the goods:

    • Once we have received your return, your request will be processed within 2-5 business days.
    • Once the returned item is assessed and that it meets our return criteria, a Store Credit will be issued to you in a form of e-Gift Card which is valid for 1 year. A Store Credit/Gift Card can be used to purchase any items on our website and is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
    • If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it may be subject to a restocking fee, and/or the returned item may be sent back to the customer.
    • Please note: a reshipment fee will apply to all orders placed using a Store Credit.

       

        Refund Policy:

        • If you are unsure about sizing or whether if some items will suit, you may purchase 2 different sizes or styles of the same value to try both items on and return the one that does not fit or suit for a refund (however a store credit will be issued if both items are returned).
        • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your ordered item(s) came with free shipping, we would deduct the actual shipping cost incurred from the refund amount.
        • The return postage is the customer's responsibility. 
        • Please note: we do not offer a refund or store credit for items that have been damaged from wear and tear and/or have been damaged past 14 days from date of goods receipt.
